Gather and Graze

By placing an order with Gather and Graze, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before delivery.

• Orders will not be prepared or delivered without full payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your order more than 72 hours before delivery, your deposit will be retained but any remaining payment made will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery will be charged in full, and no refunds will be given.

• If you need to change your order date or details, we will do our best to accommodate, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking. While we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles all major allergens. We cannot guarantee our food is 100% allergen-free.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery times will be agreed in advance. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

• Customers collecting orders are responsible for ensuring the food is transported and stored safely.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our food. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests of any allergen risks.
